Staging Tips

This is for someone who wants some simple ideas on how to Stage your house.  Your house is already de-cluttered and things packed and you are just looking for some finishing touches.   We will come to your house and go room by room offering creative thoughts and ideas for each space. Have your questions and concerns ready in advance, and a notepad and pencil handy for note taking. Fee: $75.00 per hour.

Written Consultation

This is a thorough report presented to the seller. The report is a detailed action plan of Staging work for the sellers to implement themselves.  We are at your house for 1 to 2 hours.  The written consultation is presented to the seller with a copy provided to your realtor.  

This action plan is a room by room Staging  program which includes furniture placement and pre-staging “before” pictures.  There is a  Top 10 Priority list so you can get started right away.  A special FHS feature is to include a CID plan for your most challenging room.   Once your work is completed, FHS returns to the property to fine tune the Staging and to verify the the house meets the criteria of a Staged r home.  This is for a one hour return consult and anything over that time is billed hourly.  Sellers that meet the staging criteria will receive additional promotion on www.Stagedhomes.com. Fee: $200 - $350.00
